As a conference speaker, Joshua interacts with his audience and draws on his experience and insights from his life in an often humourous and engaging style. Some of the topics Joshua talks about include his family, life in mainstream secondary school and strategies and concepts that help neurotypicals understand autism. Joshua prefers to make autism relevant to his audience, and often uses insightful and engaging exercises and demonstrations.
Josh is available to talk to support groups, undertake training and workshops, as well as professional development for teachers, carers and other professionals. Current Availability 2009-10

Josh is happy to consider any invitation to speak. However bookings during the week whilst he is studying at St Andrews may be difficult, although weekend bookings may be possible. Josh is generally available for talks and consultations during university holidays subject to other commitments. University holiday dates over the next year are as follows:

Monday 1st of June 2010 until mid-September 2010.
